We are thrilled to announce that  the Maryland Soft Shell Crab arrived at the Salt Cellar several weeks ago and are being enjoyed by our many guests who wait for this season every year.  Our featured blue crabs are specially harvested during their unique shedding process, when they shed their hard shells and are about to grow new ones. These crabs, having gorged on food in preparation, are exceptionally fat and delicious.

Prepared in the traditional method, our Maryland Soft Shell Crabs are sautéed in butter and topped with roasted almonds, ensuring a delightful and savory experience. You can enjoy this seasonal delicacy as an appetizer or an entrée.
